The Moth sounds like a really interesting idea. Basically, people come together and tell each other stories. It sounds like a really cool night, and I want to go to something like that.

These are mostly in New York (although this Reuters Story says they’ve done story nights in Los Angeles before). Does anybody know of anything like this that happens in LA on a more routine basis? If you do, hook me up with a link or something. I have a hotmail account. My user name is willraleigh. If I wouldn’t recognize your name, use a subject like moth storytelling so I know to read it.

The LA Times has a bunch of Printable trail maps. I think I need to get out there and do me some hiking.

Maganic Wars is a fun little magic card game. It’s kind of slow to load. At one point it even seemed to crash my browser, and I don’t really get a lot of how to use some of the various spells or whatever. Still, pretty good effort for a student game.

It’s not very easy to play on a laptop, but Notepad Invaders is still pretty cool.

Sort It Out is a fun little game. I should really be able to do a lot better at it than I can seem to manage though.

Cheerleader Toss seems to be a viral for some movie or Best Buy or something. There’s a little embedded movie that is so amazing it almost has to be fake, and a game that is fun in a sick and stupid kind of way.
