Considering the plot of the show, one can choose to not be offended by the somewhat explict content of the show. Unfortunately, I am not everyone. I am sick and tired of the overtly sexual depiction of black women by the media. It’s bad enough in film and music videos, but now I think it’s gone too far. The constant repitition of black women as “oversexed” and and “sexually loose” serves as a basis for perpetuating the stereotype in reality. Humor is used to relieve the tension of the message this cartoon is sending out and I for one am not amused.
