I upgraded to Moveable Type 2.6. One welcome change already - I see that text entry boxes are now reasonably sized in Moz for the Mac. They used to be these teeny, tiny little bits of a thing.

I think I may have upgraded to run this off of MySQL as well. I’m not sure though. The upgrade process errored out because of a file permission problem on one of the template files I link to.

I fixed the permissions, but then when I tried to run the upgrade script again it errored out telling me that one of the tables had already been created. As a side effect, all of my templates were trashed. I recreated them, and now everything seems to be OK. At least the site rebuilt OK, and if you’re reading this then posting must work.

Let me know if you run into any problems. Also, please let me know if you know of a way that I can verify that I’m running off MySQL instead of the Berkeley DB.
