Argghhhhhhhhhh!!!

I need some sort of legal exemption that would allow me to kill or seriously injure 2 maybe 3 people per year. I’m not a violent or bad person. I promise, I will only use these powers for good - not evil. In fact I’d really just target my computer programmers, and maybe that guy in front of me in traffic.
