There's an amazing botanical garden right in my backyard. I didn't even know it was there, but if you live in the Torrance, Rancho Palos Verdes area, you have to check it out. It's just off Crenshaw a little south (?) of PCH.

It's vast and gorgeous, and I hear it's going to be closing down in a few months due to budget cuts. That's really too bad. I only wish I'd known about this place sooner. Anyway, check out the photos.
