I was talking to some people over the weekend about phone phreaking (early hackers who explored the phone system and figured out how to make free calls, etc.). I mentioned Cap'n Crunch about whom I'd heard, but knew very little. I got interested, so I did a bit of searching and came across a page of his personal stories.

It's fascinating reading. It makes me wish I was there back in the day (except I'm sure that back in the day I wouldn't have even known what was going on)
